The Mob who has this is the Young Minotaur's they wander so track when you get to them or scan around.
From Sol: 3e, 13s, 4w, 5n,w,s find the young minotaur's who have the potions of dew (all of them have it) be careful in some of the rooms as you will be fired upon and it really hurts!
