The only comparison with dragons is due to the old "I'm a liz/trg what should I remort?" question and usually it just boils down to 1538 tnl vs 10000 tnl.
A race that they can be compared with is centaur as gain wise they are very simliar and racial wise they are vaguely similar with both having a racial armor (hide vs leather), racial attacks (kick, hoof vs tail) and tuataur having 3 fillers (seeinvis, swim and survey) handy but lets be honest your not going to remort because of them your main reason is to upgrade your liz/trg caster/archer to a better race for vaguely the same tnl.
