The Island Citadel of the once great Magus Nubrius has lain desolate and abandoned since his death many decades ago. In the coastal city of Mervue, sailors often tell stories of the unearthly cries and moans to be heard from Nubrius' Island late at night, when the sky is clear and the moon is bright.
