This crossbow, beneath its peeling blue paint, is a sturdy contraption built for hunting seamonsters and other dangerous beasts. A heavy metal eyelet on the bottom of the frame lets a strong wire connect the bow to the bolt, so that snared prey can easily be hauled onto the boat.
