pp Broo Shaman, the mob which carries the brooch. Note: that this item only repops if all the shamen were killed (like the Flaming Pants), so if you kill the shamen and you don't get a brooch, then you'll need to wait for the repop. Likewise, when you get a brooch be sure to kill all the shamen so the item will repop.
