Teleport to Ginormous Dingersen, e, fol Mayflower, then 2d. Locate the underwater river and follow it east to the end, then u, n. Once there you need to repeatedly kill vapour imps and be teleported from room to room after they die, untill the last room with the Air Elemental.

This is soloable by a 999/lord mage, but barely and with lots of mana conservation. Wizards should be able to do it more easily with flash and larger mana pools, as well as fus and similar.

The elemental will spare no punches and will load the item only 50% of the time.
