This insignia is obtainable from the questpoint catalog. Please note, this can NOT be used in conjunction with UD. The insignia will be removed when starting the UD quest, no refunds, no appeals. It is possible to have each of the three insignias at once. It isn't possible to have two or more of the same insignia at once.
