If the Planar Anchor isn't already set, you have to experience the joy that is Noctopia shift. Get a ton of brutes, have them all shift together, and hope that everyone doesn't splat. If/when you clear shift and finish CRing your groupies, go s,d,w. From here you need to bashdoor down to enter Under The Stars. Note that once you enter Under The Stars there won't be any regennable rooms for a while. Also note that the first room of Under The Stars is where you can summon the Planar Anchor.

From here I took my group straight south. Eventually I came upon a locked door to the souht that could be bashdoored, but not picked. I continued south, following the path as it twisted around, and eventually came up on an up exit.

Once you go up the rooms are regennable and homeshiftable again. Also, the rooms won't have red descriptions anymore. They'll have titles like "iron walkway", "silver bridge", etc. I noticed that the mobs up above here were better exp than they did in the blood river. I also found other down exits from up there, so there's definitely more than one way to enter this part of the area from below.

Up on the walkways (to the northeast) I found Yorimandil The Blind in his gazebo. When we killed him he had Yorimandil's Blindfold and Signet Of Yorimandil. I wandered around for a while longer up there, but didn't see anything else of importance.
