Once you clear Noctopia shift go s,d,w and then bashdoor down to reach this area.
This first room of the area is Lloydable. Also, Planar Anchor stays in one place now, so if you can set up an anchor here, you don't have to deal with Noctopia shift anymore!
Mobs are generally much smaller than Shiftwatch Orb, but the mobs that load in the Lloydable room can pack a punch. The entire "blood tunnels" portion of the area is noregen.
