By casting this spell, a talented mentalist may twist the psionic energies to DOMINATE the mind of an intended victim, causing the victim to do exactly as the caster says. Failure to completely control the target's mind is certain to attract its attention and likely to arouse its wrath. As with CHARM, the actions of dominated characters affect the status of the dominator; don't whine if you get an OUTLAW flag. Be careful where you leave your followers; leading high-level creatures to low-level areas or moving a common portal point is highly frowned upon. Quitting will make your followers disappear.
