This allows for additional regeneration of mana while sleeping.
Prerequisite(s): Meditation.
Syntax: none (automatic).
This skill, like its predecessor Meditation, is very valuable to characters of spellcasting classes like psionicists, mages, and clerics, as it greatly reduces time needed for them to fully regenerate their mana.
