Unenchanted, this item should be 5 point improvement over an unenchanted Legacy Of King Vorin, assuming best base AC is used, which effectively makes it identical (though the Legacy is lighter, but of poorer quality). A well enchanted Legacy, or even Bronze Snake Armbands could end up better.
