This sagely spell increases the intelligence of the caster for a duration.
Prerequisite(s): Lore.
Syntax: cast 'savvy'.
This is a somewhat useful skill for all characters (who can) to learn. It increases its caster's intelligence by 4, though not more than 3 above its caster's maximum trainable intelligence.
