Near Midgaard there lie the grounds where AVATAR's Olympic events are held. When not in use by the atheletes, the grounds are patrolled by powerful keepers.

This is an excellent area for lowhero soloing.
pp groundskeeper or gnome tinker. There is another gnome tinker in a lowmort area, so 2.gnome tinker might be necessary.
groundskeepers are 50ish xp solo (more after reboot) gnome tinker is 100ish xp solo
The area has doors in all directions in every room. If you don't want the groundskeepers to flee, simply close all doors.
