Despite the high intelligence, Draconians fail spells fairly often until they tingle to 100%. They also get no spell cost reduction for arcane spells, but get very decent hp and mana gains (more so than even some remort races). The low dexterity does mean a much lower chance of shield blocks and a tendency to get hit somewhat more often. The low wisdom means they cannot become Wizards without QP.

Legend has it that a race of dragon-like humanoids were created by Tiamat long ago, during a great war. More powerful than Lizard Men, but less so than True Dragons, these outcasts occupy the middle ground. They are tough, and quick-witted, but slow in movement and learning. Quixoltan, Father of All Dragons, viewed their humanoid forms as abominations and their very existence works counter to his will. Because of this, when they die, their corpses almost immediately decay.

Despite the high intelligence, Draconians fail spells fairly often until they tingle to 100%. They also get no spell cost reduction for arcane spells, but get very decent hp and mana gains (more so than even some remort races). I'm pretty sure they get a cost reduction to psionic spells since they can go mnd. The low dexterity does mean a much lower chance of shield blocks and a tendency to get hit somewhat more often. The low wisdom means they cannot become Wizards without QP.
