There's actually two different items that share the same name and damage roll modifier. They differ by level. The lower level version is carried by the Dragonknights and Dragonlords. The higher level version is carried by the Ancient Gold Dragon. All these mobs are found in the temple of Ofcol. From Diana: 3n 4e 2u e
