To get to Quiros you need to do the Ginormous Dingersen's quest. (Actually you don't need to but why not get the quest reward while at it?).

Teleport to Ginormous Dingersen, e, fol mayflower, then 2d, w, d from dropzone to ship. Once there kill Apprentice-Wizard Arakos then Captain Drago, then firedrake and finally the sorceror.
