Ophanya wanders the Nightmares section of the Veil. To get there, enter the window that is in Eschard's room. This is one of the toughest pieces of hero mana gear to get.

Rough Directions: need to be confirmed: Portal leper, N E N U (she walks around up here) (aggie) Kill Cyskadella (for Key), D N (one north of the innkeeper) unl W, Op W, W (Note this room is no spell with Eschard, a Detonating Mob: speedwalk this room)ent window find and kill Ophanya (track). Beware: lots of mobs, a few aggie. The Ultimate Nightmare in this area also detonates so im told...also you cannot flee from ultimate nightmare room..so you either die, or kill him and teleport out.
