The web spell allows you to trap your enemy in sticky webs, reducing their hit roll, damage roll, and dexterity. Also, the enemy will be unable to flee from battle. Fighting against the web causes slight damage.

Prerequisite(s): none.

Syntax: cast 'web' <mob>.

This skill's best feature is that it prevents wimpy mobs from fleeing; however, due to its high rate of failure, it is rarely used. Other spells like Overconfidence are far more effective by comparison.
