Note for foddering:

Getting to this room is simple, but getting the item is tough. The four dust imps guarding the room require about 3k mana in surge 4 acid rains. Acid raining and then flashing will neutralize the imps for easy picking, but you will still lose up to 1k hp in the first round.

Once imps are dead, the elemental will appear and aggie you. It will require another 3k mana in surge 5 disints, and flashing it is again highly recommended as it can strike for up to 1k hp through full ac and (Eragora) self-spells.

Please note that getting bashed (the elemental has warrior specs, and can disarm, toss, trip, bash etc.) usually means game over, since the next two blows will hit for 1-3k damage and you will be in a 10 second lag, helpless.

Foddering the item with a HiE wzd lord gave me 50/50 chances of getting through the fight alive (mostly dependent of if I was bashed or not), and a successful run (using flash) takes about 3k hp and 5.5k mana.

Another difficulty is the fact that the item will load only 50% of the time, so one needs to run double time.

Overall, while a brilled aura is similar to the tbrilled Pair Of Steel Bracers, the bracers are "easy" to tbrill and will likely require no deaths, unlike this item.
