Black Circle Initiates are capable of combining their psionic and stealthy powers to land a mid-round vital shot and a psionic spell at the same time. Valid spells include Ego Whip, Fear, Overconfidence and Sense Weakness.
This ability is EXHAUSTED for a short time after use.
Prerequisites: Shadowcast, Quickstrike
